About the RoleWe're hiring a Staff Product Designer to join our Design Team.
Our team is highly specialized, and the core skillset for this role is a deep-thinker who understands complex systems and workflows. You will work across our squads, rotating fluidly across geospatial, ICAM, and other areas, using a product perspective to create a seamless user experience.

What You’ll DoAs a product designer at Onebrief, your job will be to solve complex military planning problems and help develop a seamless, end-to-end planning tool.
You will have the opportunity to travel and partner with military planners from around the world, empathize with their needs, and translate those into design solutions. You will have the support of a team of engineers, product managers, and designers. Your work will span across UX, UI, and user research and will cover all facets of the product, from defining ground-up new features to shaping our design system.
Most importantly, you'll work as a true partner to our product managers and founders, with plenty of flexibility to reshape your role over time as needed for yours and our company's success.
