The role requires deep U.S. Navy and government acquisition expertise, translating technology capabilities into mission outcomes, engaging senior military and civilian stakeholders, and coordinating growth efforts across sales, marketing, engineering, capture, and customer relations teams.

Lead international partnership execution across defense and operational markets. Activate commercial, technical, and delivery partner capabilities within customer opportunities, build repeatable partnership frameworks, and align with Growth, Sales, Product, Technical, and Finance teams. Analyze partner performance and market constraints, develop scaling business cases, and represent Onebrief with senior military, government, enterprise, and coalition stakeholders. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel and potential security clearance eligibility.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Atom Engine content, including scenarios, units, and entities. Translate user and stakeholder needs into priorities and requirements, improve content creation and maintenance workflows, define quality standards, and align content with product, engineering, design, and domain teams. Use user research, exercise feedback, and production data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in a military simulation environment.
