Owns customer relationships and account outcomes for military and government users, including retention, renewals, expansion, and product adoption. Leads Partner Engagement Managers, coordinates resources, communicates user needs to product teams, supports classified-network deployments, troubleshoots platform issues, and builds trust with senior military leaders and government stakeholders. The role also drives strategic growth, team leadership, executive engagement, and cross-command workflow coordination.

Serve as the trusted technical and operational partner for U.S. Pacific Fleet customers. Master the Onebrief platform, configure workflows, train users, drive adoption, support exercises, coordinate incident resolution, communicate user needs to product and engineering teams, synchronize planning across commands, and support expansion opportunities. The role requires military operational planning experience, familiarity with classified software deployment, customer support expertise, strong technical aptitude, and a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Own the credibility of AtomEngine’s military simulation entity catalog. Lead catalog strategy, research standards, quantitative performance modeling, AI-directed content production, verification and validation, automated testing, competitive wargames, documentation, and analyst mentoring. Partner with customers, engineers, and subject matter experts to prioritize catalog development, defend modeling assumptions, identify inaccuracies, and continuously improve simulation data quality.
