Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff PLM Software Development Analyst. The employee will be responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining the PLM platforms. The selected candidate will implement functionality based on the direction of the PLM Architect, and customer requirements.
This role may be performed 100% virtual (Work from Home). Virtual and/or Work from Home arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Common Tasks:
Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidates MUST possess the requirements below, in order to be considered.
- Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant software development experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant software development experience is required
- Must have at least 10 years of Java programming knowledge
- Must have 9 years of experience with THingWorx
- Must have 9 years of Windchill development experience
- Candidates must have direct experience with Northrop Grumman customers within the Program Management Office (PMO) to be considered
- Must be able to obtain, and maintain, a security clearance as a condition of continued employment
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with one (or more) of the following requirements will be given preferential consideration.
- Teamcenter workflow development
- Teamcenter installation and maintenance procedures and methods
- Experience with other applications like NX or CATIA, Xpedition, or Capital
- Experience with Teamcenter Aerospace & Defense and access controls including ADA and Access Manager.
- Experience working with Microsoft TFS or a similar system
- Must be proactive and able to complete assignments independently with minimal oversight, on tight schedules
- Be able to rapidly learn new technologies and then share domain and tool knowledge with teammates to contribute to the growth of the team
- Excellent communication skills and be able to quickly learn new concepts and business processes
- Active Secret level security clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $161,000.00 - $241,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
