We’re looking for a Staff People Analytics Analyst to join Procore’s People Team. In this role, you’ll leverage advanced data science techniques to shape and optimize our people strategies across the organization. This position reports into the Director, People Analytics and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:- Partner with HR leaders, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic people challenges into high-impact analytics initiatives.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling to generate insights across engagement, DEIB, retention, and talent acquisition.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
- Lead end-to-end people analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and timely delivery in an agile environment.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Google AgentSpace to enhance analytical workflows and democratize data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of people data across all analytics processes and reporting solutions.
- Present analytical findings through strong storytelling and data visualization to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and accessibility of people data sources.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or data science with a focus on human capital.
- Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and solving complex business problems using people data.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Analytics required; experience with Workday Prism, Discovery Boards, or Sheets preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.
- Deep understanding of employee lifecycle metrics and HR data within fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strategic, consultative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for using data to drive business impact.
Base Pay Range:
129,600.00 - 178,200.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
