The Team & Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally bright person to join our Zuora India  leadership team as a Staff Operations Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving the  operaTIonal effecTIveness of the Zuora India with the global Zuora organizaTIon, ensuring  seamless execuTIon of our strategic prioriTIes, and facilitaTIng effecTIve communicaTIon across  the team and with senior leadership. This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven individual  to contribute significantly to the growth and success of a dynamic technology company.  

ResponsibiliTIes: 

  • Run the Business: Manage and opTImize the Zuora India operaTIons, including  planning, execuTIon, and reporTIng of key meeTIngs, reviews, and communicaTIon  cadences. This includes preparing materials for execuTIve staff and other meeTIngs. 
  • Strategic Planning Support: Support the leadership team in developing and  execuTIng strategic plans, including roadmap planning, resource allocaTIon, and  performance tracking.  
  • Cross-FuncTIonal CollaboraTIon: Facilitate effecTIve communicaTIon and collaboraTIon  between groups within Zuora India, and across the globe, including various P&T  organizaTIons and sites, sales, markeTIng, and customer success.  
  • Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the leadership,  oŌen involving cross-funcTIonal teams and requiring strong project management  skills.  
  • Program Manage: Manage, and/or contribute to the, execuTIon of Zuora India  projects and programs, coordinate informaTIon flow, and ensuring follow-up on key  acTIon items unTIl closure.  
  • Data Analysis and ReporTIng: Analyse operaTIonal data to idenTIfy trends, insights,  and areas for improvement. Develop and deliver clear and concise reports and  presentaTIons to senior leadership.

  • Adaptability: Quickly learning and synthesizing new informaTIon, especially in a  dynamic environment.  

Your experience 

  • Must - A degree in Computer Science or equivalent. With a minimum 2 years of  experience in a technology-related field (e.g., soŌware development, product  management, technical consulTIng, or similar). 
  • Prefer - Experience in operaTIons program management and/or a MBA.  
  • ExcepTIonal communicaTIon skills, both wriƩen and verbal, including strong  presentaTIon skills. 
  • Proven ability to lead meeTIngs and facilitate discussions with senior execuTIves. · Excellent analyTIcal and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.  
  • Strong organizaTIonal and project management skills, with the ability to manage  mulTIple prioriTIes effecTIvely. 
  • Highly moTIvated, proacTIve, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relaTIonships with  stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
  • Demonstrable ability to quickly learn and synthesize new informaTIon. 
  • Desired Experience - Experience with Agile methodologies and operaTIonal  excellence frameworks.

  • This is a role based at the Zuora offices in Bangalore. It is a hybrid posiTIon.
