Job Function:

Regulatory Compliance – Operational

Supports operational organizations by developing, implementing, and maintaining standards, procedures, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, reliability standards, and company policies. Partners with operational organizations and Corporate Regulatory Compliance to interpret regulatory requirements, monitor compliance activities, and improve operational compliance processes.

  • Typically requires two or more years of experience in utility operations, cybersecurity, auditing, compliance, or a related field.
  • FERC/NERC experience preferred.
Staff Operational Compliance Analyst
  • Typically requires five or more years of experience in compliance, including utility operations, cybersecurity, or auditing.
  • At least two years of FERC/NERC compliance experience.
Preferred Certifications:

Both Levels-

NERC Certification preferred
