Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Monitor patient vitals and clinical condition; promptly report any changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as per physician orders.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices and patient safety standards (e.g., NABH guidelines)
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, post-discharge care, and preventive measures.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment to support patient well-being.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment responsibly.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first-line care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse with a valid state nursing license.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification and strong emergency response skills.
- Sound knowledge of infection control practices and emergency response protocols.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent)
- Registered Nurse with a valid state nursing license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
