직무 소개 

This role is an integral part of Coupang’s Corporate IT End User Technology team responsible for taking care of end user support about endpoint and infrastructure related technology initiatives with strong organizational skills and good attention to detail. The person should be a clear communicator who works well across the departments within Corporate IT and displays strong stakeholder & vendor management skills.
This IT Endpoint System Engineer will report directly to Head of End User Technology director and is expected to uphold the highest standards of accountability integrity and professionalism. This position is required to act as a hands-on IT tech SME and forward-thinking leader to support the end users overall to secure medium- and long-term growth of Coupang. We look forward to a professional endpoint system engineer who applies knowledge and expertise to resolve complex tech issues and drive IT innovation proactively or respond to end user requests in a timely manner along with Coupang's growth.

업무 내용 

• Plan and sustain excellence in support model and continuously improve the end user computing systems and solutions for data security and compliance for various endpoint platforms like Windows OS, MacOS, Chrome OS, and so on. (Network Access Control, Anti-virus, Mobile Device Management, Unified Endpoint Management, etc.)
• Maintain the best-in-class IT service excellence in IT endpoint user experience.
• Perform continuous process improvements for an efficient IT solution management.
• Work with internal IT stakeholders and relevant business teams
• Troubleshooting and monitoring endpoint device activities and utilization and work with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve complex tech issues
• Problem resolution and managing incident process leveraging ServiceNow ITSM system
• Identify, report, and resolve poorly performing system issues using authorized troubleshooting tools and processes
• Work with other global IT teams to implement/execute change requests and drive the new endpoint project initiatives to find a way for end user experience optimzation
• Strategic planning for IT endpoint equipment and devices environment configuration
• Good at stakeholder & vendor management

자격 요건 

• 10 + years of related work experience 
• Experience in endpoint tech SME and configuration of IT devices and device posture management 
• Experience in Windows/MacBook, Endpoint/MDM security program, Active Directory, Network Access Control and other IT endpoint infrastructure support 
• Have great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
• Basic background in endpoint security management and architecture

우대 사항 

• Experience in ITIL based IT service operation or Infrastructure Workplace project
• Experience in a PMP based project
• Experience in providing supports to fulfillment/delivery/customer service center
• Time-conscious, focused, organized, results-driven

4. 당사는 위2항 본문에 따른 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 채용 여부가 확정된 날로부터 180 일간 구직자가 제출한 채용서류 원본을 보관하게 되며, 그때까지 채용서류의 반환을 청구하지 아니할 경우에는 『개인정보 보호법』에 따라 지체 없이 채용서류 일체를 파기할 예정입니다.
