<p>As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for leading, designing, and developing mission critical product features and services that power our innovative Meetings &amp; Events solution.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the design, development, launch and evolution of the core backend and frontend of the Meetings &amp; Events platform in a scalable and reliable way</li>
<li>Ensure the quality of the features you built, following-up on usage and issues post release</li>
<li>Drive frameworks that lead to significant user experience improvements</li>
<li>Be the Subject Matter Expert of the domains under your ownership&nbsp;</li>
<li>Guide the team in understanding and adopting new technologies</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other teams as well as external partners</li>
<li>Detect and navigate technical dependencies with other parts of the wider organization</li>
<li>Assist the leadership to identify, plan, and execute the long-term vision</li>
<li>Live our company values and team culture by example, and mentor more junior team members</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in BE development using Java</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in FE development using Angular, typescript, and React</li>
<li>Prior experience working at startups and/or on user-facing applications plus ability to excel in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Master the understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures</li>
<li>Domain expertise in the travel industry is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate or similar ORM technologies is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with AWS and/or distributed systems is a plus</li>
<li>Track record of ownership demonstrated through shipping production-quality code equipped with testing, monitoring and documentation</li>
<li>Passion for investigating and solving problems with a high degree of autonomy and eagerness to learn and utilize new tools and technologies</li>
<li>Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to pass on knowledge to more junior team members</li>
<li>A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience</li>
