Test Engineer JD:
- Responsible as the overall owner for new product test solution.
- Design, develop and debug multi-site, cost effective test HW/SW solutions for tri-temp characterization, reliability qualification, wafer probe and final test.
- Work with design engineers in defining/developing test methodologies, test plans, test modes, test patterns, and ATE to bench correlation.
- Work with layout engineers in developing PCB layout for multi-site test HW.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design/Apps, Packaging, FA, Reliability, and Product Engineering) for new product releases and post-release improvements.
- Participate in project schedules and risk assessment review with respect to new product releases.
- Collaborate with manufacturing team on test cost improvement projects (Test time reduction, tester conversion, multisite conversion etc)
- Support manufacturing team in resolving product yield and test issues with respect to post-release sustaining activities
- Evaluate and integrate new ATE platform, if any, into the world-wide manufacturing ATE roadmap.
Qualification:
- BS or MS degree in Electrical/Electronic equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Power, Analog, Mixed-Signal IC, or SiP test development and product characterization.
- Experience in high volume testing of semiconductor devices, test methodology, and sampling plan.
- Working knowledge of C/C++, Python, Visual BASIC, or LabVIEW is an added advantage
- Proficient in ATE platforms such as Teradyne ETS, NI STS and Pick-and-Place test handlers.
- Proficient in data analysis software, interpretation of test data against datasheet’s requirements, failure analysis and debug techniques
- Leadership mindset, self-driven, good technical knowledge and passionate in resolving technical problems.
