Scope 

As the PTE of Operation department at Ambiq, you will drive production line maintenance include the yield improvement, production tooling and PGM. Also need to do D10(Diamond 10),DX(Diamond X)/ S100- series tester platform transfer and maintain.

To co-work with production team members to keep production line in high quality and also increase efficiency and reduce cost.   

Responsibilities 
  • D10(Diamond 10) or DX(Diamond X) platform production PGM troubleshooting and transfer to S100 platform also need to maintain S100 PGM.
  • Production tooling vendor management and need to communicate with vendor to track fabrication timelines. Also co-work with vendor to troubleshoot hardware issues occurring on the production line.
  • OSAT production yield maintains and cross-functional alignment with foundry PE and TE team to solve low yield lot issue and keep improve production yield.
  • Support of RMA analysis and production data tracking from quality team. 
  • Support of planning team to track and keep shipping request meet target.
Qualifications 
  • BSEE with minimum 5-8 years related experiences as a Product and Test Engineer required.
  • D10(Diamond 10), DX (Diamond X) platform PGM development and debug experience a bonus.
  • S100 platform PGM development and debug experience.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools likes JUMP will be better.
  • Strong understanding of ATE Test Programming principles.
  • Proficiency with quality procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to read schematic, use bench equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers), and basic mass production tooling repair capabilities.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication and presentation skills. 

Skills Required
