The Core Responsibilities!
Design, build, and optimize Azure platform components including App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vaults, and API Management.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Bicep for scalable and secure resource provisioning.
Implement observability patterns across infrastructure and workloads using tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Collaborate with architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure platforms meet SLAs, DR/RTO requirements, and compliance expectations.
Develop and maintain automation for Power Platform lifecycle management, including ALM pipelines and environment provisioning.
Implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies, app usage reporting, and licensing optimization for Power Platform components.
Collaborate with Governance and Security teams to establish safe, compliant citizen development frameworks.
Provide technical guidance to Power Platform users and support solution acceleration across the organization.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps to deploy containerized workloads into AKS.
Implement secure AKS architectures, including ingress, autoscaling, monitoring, and security controls.
Enable GitOps patterns and promote modern deployment practices in collaboration with product engineering teams.
Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives and embed security, performance, and resiliency into deployment pipelines.
Lead initiatives to improve cloud platform operational processes, including incident management, platform health, and self-service enablement.
Define platform engineering standards and reusable blueprints to reduce manual effort and increase team efficiency.
Contribute to FinOps and cost optimization practices through resource tagging, usage reporting, and automation.
Promote knowledge sharing and engineering excellence across teams through documentation, workshops, and reusable patterns.

Let's Talk About You!
Post-Secondary education, preferably in the areas of Technology.
8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles in enterprise environments.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure, PaaS services, Power Platform, and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
Knowledge of GCP is considered an asset.
Strong experience with Terraform/Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
Strong background in cloud solution architecture and development of low‑level design documentation
Practical understanding of DevOps and SRE practices including automation, observability, and incident response.
Experience supporting Power Platform governance (DLP, ALM, monitoring) and citizen development enablement.
Skilled in designing secure and scalable AKS workloads and containerized platform services.
Excellent collaboration, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and YAML/JSON-based configurations.
Skills Required
