As a Design Readiness Engineer, you will play a critical role in preparing new DRAM designs for mass production. You will engage early-well before silicon arrives-to ensure designs are ready for validation, debug, and ramp. This role combines deep technical understanding with strong cross-functional partnership and offers broad exposure across the DRAM product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-silicon design readiness and DFMEA activities to prepare designs for high-volume manufacturing
• Partner with Component Validation teams to plan validation and debug silicon findings to meet project timelines
• Collaborate closely with Design, Verification, Product Architecture, System Compatibility, and Silicon Strategy teams
• Resolve gaps in validation and production coverage to improve design robustness and quality
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and improving design readiness methods

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in semiconductor or DRAM design, validation, or product engineering
• Working knowledge of electronic design fundamentals and device schematics
• Ability to lead technical discussions across multi-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting new product introductions from pre-silicon through ramp
• Understanding of DRAM design and operation
• Experience with signal integrity analysis and system-level behavior
• Ability to define screens or test mitigations to improve product quality
