As a Staff Backend Engineer at Gong, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how companies understand their customer interactions. You will be instrumental in designing and leading the development of scalable systems, working with cutting-edge technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to solve high-impact problems.
You’ll Own:- Technical Strategy & Architecture: Driving the architectural vision for complex systems, ensuring they remain scalable, reliable, and maintainable as we grow.
- Core Backend Infrastructure: Designing and implementing high-performance services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and modern cloud technologies.
