What You’ll Do

• Contribute to accounting operations and close processes that support business goals, financial accuracy, and reporting integrity
• Partner with finance teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and management to align priorities, resolve issues, and move work forward with accountability
• Perform full-cycle accounting including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting preparation
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement practical solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly with internal stakeholders and management
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Support fixed asset accounting, ensuring proper capitalization and depreciation in accordance with company policies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company financial procedures
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance financial operations

What You Bring

• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions
• Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Experience with financial systems, databases, and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (for example, Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT) to support productivity and analysis, where applicable

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to SOX compliance, audits, and financial controls
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven or healthcare-focused environment
