Compensation: $50,000-$57,000 USD annually, depending on experience
Modality: Hybrid (3 days per week in our West Valley City office)
Location: West Valley City, UT
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
What you’ll be doing
Entering and assisting in managing Accounts Payable transactions
Supporting the Senior Indirect Tax Accountant in filing returns, entering bills, and processing business property tax payments across U.S. jurisdictions
Facilitating journal entry transfers from lease management software to accounting software
Ensuring daily lease payments and disbursements are scheduled and processed accurately
Coding and reconciling credit card transactions within expense management systems
Assisting with employee expense reimbursements and software management
Assisting with check deposits and related documentation
Providing accounting support to other internal departments
Assisting with month-end reconciliations and reporting
Supporting the accounting team with reporting and various tasks as needed
What you have
Ability to work on-site in West Valley City, UT, Monday–Friday
1+ year of accounting experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
Ability and eagerness to learn new software tools and maximize their use
What will make you stand out
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Experience in the leasing or financial services industries
Experience with one or more of the following systems:
