As a Staff Accountant, you’ll work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and analytical skills will help shape our financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Reporting directly into the Accounting Manager this role is responsible for: 

• Monitor daily receivables and disbursements to support cash forecasting

• Reconcile monthly cash and accrual accounts (e.g., credit card fees, in-transit transactions)

• Analyze bank statements and general ledger transactions

• Prepare journal entries across multiple accounts and business units

• Assist with month-end close and internal/external audits

• Generate ad hoc reports and financial analysis for leadership

Your profile 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• 2+ years of corporate accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
