We are seeking a Staff Accountant for our Los Angeles-based non-profit. This role is primarily remote, with a requirement to work in the office once a week!
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy.
- Support the annual audit process.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a big +
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Familiarity with GAAP.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must!
