 Excel Skills Required

Elderwood Administrative Services is seeking a Staff Accountant with a strong foundation in financial accounting and practical, hands-on Excel skills. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, financial statements, and detailed financial data - not simply someone seeking their first exposure to these concepts.

You will have direct exposure to facility leaders, operational partners, and executive leadership while developing a broad understanding of the business behind the numbers.

Why Join Elderwood’s Corporate Finance Team?
  • Broader business exposure: Support multiple healthcare settings, operating entities, and service lines.

  • Meaningful financial work: Prepare and analyze information used by facility leaders and executive leadership.

  • Direct collaboration: Work closely with finance colleagues, administrators, and department leaders to understand results and resolve financial questions.

  • Professional development: Expand your experience in monthly close, financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, audit preparation, and healthcare operations.

If you are an accounting professional who understands the fundamentals, enjoys working in Excel, and wants broader exposure to the financial and operational sides of a healthcare organization, we invite you to apply.
