Position Summary:
The Staff Accountant will manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks, including general ledger and financial reporting, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and special projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Perform intercompany transactions and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain the fixed asset ledger, depreciation schedules, and reconciliations
  • Process accounts payable invoices and weekly check runs accurately and on time
  • Manage 1099 vendor information and year-end reporting
  • Assist with corporate credit card reconciliation and business license tracking
  • Ensure all day-to-day accounting activities are performed efficiently and accurately
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
  • Minimum of 1+ year of accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
