Jobs at Functional Pathways

Lead and manage the facility rehabilitation department, serve as liaison between Functional Pathways and the facility, supervise rehab staff, coordinate resident care, ensure documentation and compliance, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support staff development and clinical programs.

Provide short-term clinical and management coverage across U.S. facilities, offering onsite clinical oversight, operational support, launch-team assistance for new facilities, and leadership/supervision to ensure high-quality therapy care.

Prepare and maintain general ledger, monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and tax filings. Manage accounts receivable/payable, assist with audits, support accounting software maintenance, and perform cost accounting and related accounting duties.
