Pariveda is seeking a motivated individual to fill a Staff Accountant role to join our Finance and Accounting team in the Corporate Services office in Dallas. This is a collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving role. We believe in continuous change and improvement that requires strong prioritization, judgment, and decision-making abilities.

You Can Expect To:

As a Pariveda Staff Accountant, you will be supporting several areas of the Finance department. You will be expected to manage your own time and communicate status and issues to your manager and team. You can expect to:

  • Record General Ledger transactions to support the month-end close process

  • Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations to support the month-end close process

  • Support monthly fixed asset and expense report processes

  • Perform operational reporting and financial analysis

  • Provide support for annual financial audits

  • Research new accounting pronouncements and standards

  • Assist in the bi-annual testing of our accounting system upgrades

  • Work within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office

  • Work with smart, humble, and supportive people

We Look For:

The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, including General Ledger transactions, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis

  • CPA or CPA-candidate strongly preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines

  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to collaborate successfully

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with Excel

  • Experience with NetSuite preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting or Finance, or comparable experience

  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Pariveda Benefits:

  • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $59,000 - $64,900 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
