About You:

  • You have strong analytical skills and ability to research, simplify, and resolve complex issues
  • You are detail oriented with a mindset towards meeting the high standards for financial system operations
  • You are an excellent communicator of complex technical ideas
  • You are able to work independently with limited supervision, interacting effectively and quickly gaining the respect and support of team members
  • You love a good challenge and learning new things 

What skills do I need? 

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
  • Must be detail oriented with an ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated strong accounting skills
  • Self-motivated team player with an ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving and process definition
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and tight quarter end deadlines
  • Eager to learn and tackle new challenges

Bonus:

  • Experience with Netsuite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in monthly closing procedures such as balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry posting, and trended financials reviews
  • Assist in daily operations 
  • Assist with the data gathering and submission of accounting records to third party international accounting partners
  • Support other accounting functions (e.g., accounts payable), as needed
  • Collaborate to tackle ad hoc reporting and analysis

Our office in Hungary is located next to Kálvin Square in Budapest. We have a hybrid work schedule. You need to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
