Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role requires strong accounting skills, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure financial accuracy and compliance, lead complex tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders. This role suits someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and works independently. Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Own inventory accounting processes - Perform and review complex inventory reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Drive month-end close - Prepare and review journal entries, provide variance explanations, and contribute to timely and accurate financial reporting
• Ensure SOX compliance - Execute and evaluate controls, identifying potential risks and process gaps
• Collaborate across departments, guiding and assisting with the design of scalable, effective processes for operations, supply chain, and finance teams
• Think critically and solve problems - Use your judgment to evaluate tasks, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions independently
• Travel occasionally - Participate in on-site physical inventory counts and audits (up to 10% travel)

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently evaluate and resolve issues
• Advanced Excel skills; Oracle experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-comfortable working with cross-functional teams and serving as a subject matter expert

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
