Job DescriptionAs part of the Record to Report (R2R) team within SBS Americas, the Controlling Semi Senior Analyst will support financial and business analysis, helping ensure accurate performance measurement, validation of results, and reliable financial reporting.
The role will actively contribute to recurring reporting and month-end closing activities, working closely with Finance, Accounting and other key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial and business performance information, transforming data into meaningful reports and insights.
- Execute and validate periodic P&L reporting and support the analysis of key drivers impacting financial performance.
- Participate in month-end closing activities, reconciliations and financial controls.
- Perform variance analysis and support the explanation of deviations against expected results.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
- Previous experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Audit or related areas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of financial information.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SAP is considered a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proactive mindset and interest in process improvement and automation.
- Availability to work from 10 AM to 7 PM
Skills Required
