As a Site Services & Operations Coordinator, you will enrich the experience of working at Capital by providing innovative, high-quality services to internal and external customers. You will be part of a model global service organization and collaborate with a team to provide exceptional services, and operations for our Los Angeles office.

· You excel as a subject matter expert in multiple areas in hospitality and guest services – in this role, those may include customer service, reception, operations, space planning, food services, facilities management, health and safety, and more.

· You seek opportunities to develop effective professional relationships with key internal customers, business units, and colleagues, both locally and cross-site.

· You have experience directing service vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing their related budgets including invoices and quality control.
· You demonstrate intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
· You are comfortable using technology and navigating a variety of applications and portals.
· You can demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates.
· You hold intellectual curiosity, humility, and team orientation.
· You hold strong organization, project management and multi-tasking skills.
· You seek opportunities to develop effective professional relationships with internal customers, business units, and colleagues locally and cross-site.
· You handle associate and guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
· You successfully collaborate and coordinate with multiple business units/departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication and delivery.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $71,564-$114,502
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
