Job Description
Key tasks & Responsibilities:
- Measuring general supply chain performance, conducting analysis on outputs, learning/implementing other Country Unit’s best practices, making comparisons with historical data/actuals/targets, identifying improvement opportunities, anticipating and detecting problems, taking preventive/corrective actions and always supporting financial team's decision making and reporting processes
- Managing and optimizing overall supply chain activities including : Customer management from order in-take to claims management, cooperation with suppliers, transportation and distribution, procurement
- Inventory control and warehouse management, import & export management
- Acting as a bridge between DCEE-TR internal Supply Chain functions and DC Central Logistics and being the single contact for many different Logistics related projects, business targets and emerging topics, which are mandated and coordinated by DC/LOG EU Central LOG colleagues
- to demonstrate multi-disciplinary expertise and collaborative relationships with Sales, Production, Service and Finance/Controlling departments
- Managing SAP (S/4HANA) rollouts
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Train and guide employees
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, supply disruption), escalations
- Ensure a good and direct coordination between the logistics, marketing and sales departments to ensure the best service to customers and business growth
- Develop and implement supply and logistic plans, schedules, budgets, procedures and legal standards according to Bosch Rexroth Central Directives in all aspects of the supply chain
- Oversee prioritization and roadmap definition for all operations, supply chain and logistics related demands
- Develop and distribute executive reports and analysis that summarize success, issues and trends against key performance KPIs
- Experience in order to ship (O2S) area project management of SAP ( R3 or S/4HANA) rollouts
- Affinity for business process automation, data analytics and implementation of digital solutions
Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience in Supply Chain area
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- SAP (or ERP) experience (e.g. SAP MM/ SD)
- Strong communication skills,
- Organizational and project management skills
