As a Brand Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of brand activities with a strong consumer-focused mindset. You will work closely with the Brand Managers and cross-functional teams to bring brand plans and initiatives to life.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of brand initiatives, collaborate with multiple functions, and contribute to driving brand performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Role responsibilitiesManage day-to-day brand activities, supporting execution, demand tracking, forecasting inputs, and monitoring marketing spend.
Monitor and optimize digital commerce and media performance.
Support market and category analysis across consumers, customers, and competitors, identifying risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with Insights & Analytics teams to support consumer research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Support delivery of brand objectives and KPIs aligned with sales and performance targets.
Contribute to the execution of annual brand plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Work closely with global and local stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Medical, Digital and external agencies.
Solid passion for consumer understanding and brand building.

EUR 27 169,00 - EUR 37 357,10 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
