We're looking for a skilled professional to ensure top-notch performance and provide outstanding support for Oracle EBS Finance and Supply Chain modules. How You Will Contribute:
- Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance modules.
- Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries.
- Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements.
- Support UAT and transition new projects into steady-state operations.
The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2.4+) support and development.
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows.
- Strong knowledge of O2S, P2P, A2R cycles and SCM modules (OM, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, Shipping).
- Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM, GTM, and 3PL.
The Assets:
- Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience driving process improvements and system enhancements.
