We are looking for you, if you:
- Have advanced knowledge of Middleware,
- Have experience with Linux management,
- Have the Infrastructure as Code mindset (GitOps, Ansible with Azure DevOps pipeline),
- Are an individual unafraid of challenges, capable of articulating and justifying their opinion,
- Have ability to share and support Asset Owners and Engineers with SRE concepts and frameworks,
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Are familiar with observability, logging and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
English level - B2/C1
You'll get extra points for:
- Programming skills (Python or Golang),
- Ability to optimize code and infra,
- interest in the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodology, IT security and compliance,
- effective communication, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Information about the squad:
We are a team that ensures the reliability of our services by providing directions, framework and supporting in SRE methodology. You will take part also in defining and reporting metrics, providing technical hands-on assistance for Asset Owners, conducting awareness trainings and sharing the SRE knowledge within the company.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
