Senior Workday Analyst – Configuration


This role will manage the HRIS systems in a service oriented and integrated environment. This

unique opportunity to join a Best-in-Class HR Team will make a direct impact to our Workday processes. The Senior Workday Configuration Analyst is an important part of the team collaborating together to ensure effective use of the system by updating, configuring, improving and providing expertise on the system.

The Workday HR system enables SRS to efficiently manage HR, payroll, talent, recruiting, learning and is the critical system of record for all people data. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst will support multiple functions.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Workday PRO Certification or 7 years’ experience in at least two of the following Workday modules required:
  • Workday HCM 
  • Advanced technical aptitude
  • Workday Recruiting/Onboarding
  • Workday Security
  • Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation 
  • Workday Payroll (US only)
  • Workday Absence and Time Tracking 
  • Workday Benefits 
  • Workday Performance Management and Talent
  • Understanding of HR operations and experience with HR data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with associates and managers
