What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately weigh outbound trucks while ensuring compliance with scale house procedures and safety standards
- Review, process, and dispatch aggregate orders to maintain efficient and continuous material flow
- Perform detailed recordkeeping, including tickets, transactions, and sales reconciliation
- Coordinate closely with dispatch, production, and operations teams to support timely order fulfillment
- Serve as a traveling resource for local quarries within the Southern Indiana area

- Ability to support and guide team members while promoting consistency and adherence to procedures
Work Environment This role operates in a scale house environment within an active quarry setting. The position involves frequent interaction with truck drivers and plant personnel, exposure to outdoor weather conditions, and requires a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
