What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain integration solutions using WebMethods Integration Server, Trading Networks, and related components.
- Analyze business requirements and design integration solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Prepare solutions by determining and designing system specifications, applying robust architectural patterns, applying coding standards, and programming.
- Lead and facilitate design reviews and code reviews.
- Lead and facilitate pre-production risk assessments and reviews.
- Assist with code build and deployment processes.
- Mentor development team members to help them succeed in their assignments.
- Protect operations by improving security and by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplish Client's mission by completing related results as needed.
- Support and develop Clients and the technology team by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
- Follow established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies.
Skills and Experience You Will Need
Required:
- 8+ years software development experience.
- Knowledge of architecture and software fundamentals, design, and debugging.
- 5+ years of experience with webMethods development, including Integration Server, Trading Networks, Designer, and BPM.
- Knowledge of Unit Testing and Performance Tuning and Optimization
Desired
- Agile Software Development Methods
- DevOps CI/CD
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other four-year degree with significant Computer Programming OR equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
