A Senior UX Designer is responsible for elevating our brand's presence across all digital channels. Combining creative vision with technical design expertise, they develop compelling visual content that engages, informs, and inspires our audience. They drive the design of dynamic digital experiences, from web and landing pages to brand campaigns and marketing events, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our brand, mission and business objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Director of Creative & UX to execute design strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create engaging web and landing page experiences that drive user growth.
  • Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Develop visual concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, incorporating testing and experimentation to optimize designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides for brand consistency.
  • Provide design feedback and insights during cross-functional meetings to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, clearly communicating the design rationale.


Experience you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in UX, interaction, and visual design across web and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user journeys, and personas.
  • Ability to design within established systems with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar tools.
  • Experience in using testing and data-driven methods to enhance design outcomes.
  • Project experience or basic understanding of UI/UX research and design
  • Strong understanding of typography and visual design principles


Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience


Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $113,600 - $140,200 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
