Key Responsibilities

• Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to design user-friendly dashboards and interfaces.
• Develop UI components using React JS to bring your designs to life.
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing.
• Present and defend design ideas and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in UX design or a related role.
• 3+ years with Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Experience with React JS and the ability to develop front-end components.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in creating and designing dashboards and data visualization.
• Proven portfolio showcasing your design projects and process.
