Sabre People Team is seeking a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. The team provides global support on compensation and benefits-related matters to various organizations within Sabre. This role assists with the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing evaluation of Sabre’s total rewards programs and will have a significant impact to the engagement and well-being of Sabre’s team members. Success in the role will be determined by the ability to distill external reference points along with internal data to identify, communicate and help data-driven recommendations that will drive efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support all operational aspects of the Total Rewards "Center of Excellence" (COE) and partner with Global and Regional HR People Partners to implement and drive standard processes and procedures regarding annual Compensation programs, Health & Welfare, and retirement planning.
  • Develop and implement presentations and communications to educate team members on available programs, eligibility, and enrollment processes, ensuring optimal participation and understanding.
  • Support annual compensation review planning and open enrollment activities.
  • Partner with Total Rewards team and other internal stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for vendor selection or changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and People leaders to understand their issues related to compensation and benefits; provide education and counsel, as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of compensation and benefits administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
  • Expert knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations related to employee benefits and compensation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to work across an organization, developing key relationships.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
