What’s the opportunity?
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch help solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? If so, Zenoti is looking for you! We need a Sr. Technical Writer to work on a variety of content, including UX writing (reviewing UI text), traditional technical writing (help center articles, release notes), and cutting-edge writing for generative AI bots.
Even if you don’t have experience in all these areas, but the thought excites you and you're willing to adapt, we encourage you to apply.
What will you be doing?
- Ask plenty of relevant questions to SMEs, so you understand how something works and why it matters to users.
- Test features by yourself, so you don't take the tech team's word for it, but dig deep to put the puzzle pieces together.
- Develop, revise, and uphold exceptional technical documentation, encompassing user manuals, release notes, help center articles, and content suitable for AI bots.
- Advocate for end-users by ensuring documentation is intuitive, accessible, and meets the needs of a diverse audience. Incorporate feedback and user research to continuously improve documentation.
- Simplify complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible content that is customized for the target audience; while ensuring it aligns with established style guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX teams, and stakeholders to understand product features, functionality, and technical specifications.
What we’re looking for:
- 4-6-years of core experience in the technical writing industry.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Someone who embraces change, enjoys new challenges, and can think outside the box.
- A team player who takes pride in working collaboratively on complex tasks while delivering high-quality content quickly.
