Group/Division
The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
- Support Field Service Team about tool trouble shooting through KLA escalation process, CIP implementation, technical info consulting
- Coordinate with Field teams/Dvision engineering for issue/escalation/solution communication
- Conduct Technical Training to Field Service Team and customer
- Assist the field team for the first new product penetration in the region and set up the SOP & troubleshooting guide for the key H/W activities and issues.
- Travelling around Asia area for above objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- Master/Bachelor's degree from ME/EE or related areas
- Over 5 years working experience of technical support at SEMI conductor industry Competency in communication, team work, problem solving skill and customer focus
- Knowledge/experience troubleshooting/maintenance of PVD/CVD/Etch tool over 3 years is a must
- Fluent English reading/writing/speaking is a must

- More than five years of technical support experience in the semiconductor industry
- At least three years of troubleshooting or maintenance experience with PVD, CVD, or Etch tools
