We are looking for an Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position will be full-time and remote.
What You’ll Do
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and social media platforms, to identify and engage top technical candidates.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on trends in technical hiring and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the competitive tech space.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
What You'll Need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in IT services, software, or technology domains.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, and other tech positions.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies, and tech stack terminologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Skilled in offer negotiation and candidate management.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges.
- Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
