Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead our enterprise-wide Technology Resilience program. This is a senior leadership role responsible for orchestrating a unified strategy across the three core pillars of resilience: High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Data Protection (Backup).
You will be the single-threaded owner responsible for the program's success, from long-term strategy to execution and governance. You will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives, manage a budget, and ensure that our technology services are architected and operated to withstand any disruption.
It is a true TPM position for a leader who can think holistically about resilience, influence technical and business leadership, and manage a multi-faceted program that is critical to the trust of our customers and the health of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership:
Define, own, and drive the enterprise-wide Technology Resilience strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead large-scale programs that enhance HA, DR, and Backup capabilities across our on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
Serve as the primary thought leader for resilience, guiding engineering and operations teams toward robust and efficient solutions.
Unified Resilience Governance:
Establish and manage a holistic governance framework that includes policies, standards, and controls for HA, DR, and Backup and ensure that resilience investments are appropriately aligned with business criticality.
Resilience Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
Oversee a comprehensive assurance program that includes HA failover testing, backup/restore validation, DR simulations, and tabletop exercises.
Analyze program data, test results, and industry trends to identify gaps and drive a continuous cycle of improvement, risk mitigation, and maturation.
Budget and Vendor Management:
Manage the end-to-end program budget, including forecasting, monthly tracking, and reporting on expenditures for resilience-related initiatives, tools, and services.
Oversee relationships and contracts with key third-party vendors for resilience technology and services.
Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication:
Act as the central point of communication for the Technology Resilience program.
Develop and present clear, concise updates on program status, risks, and overall resilience posture to executive leadership and governance committees.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders across Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Business Units.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or technology leadership, with a proven track record of managing large, complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
