What You’ll Do
- Manage and scale multiple security programs by defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, progress tracking and successful on-time delivery of security and access management solutions.
- Responsible for technical project planning, management, and oversight for key initiatives across the engineering organization, including development and cloud operations.
- Act as a technical program lead; understand the end-to-end flows, decisions, and tradeoffs to execute complex security programs and explain them to both engineering and non-technical functions.
- Collect business and operational requirements from internal teams to document process requirement specifications and drive automation for governance programs.
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery impediments, risks, and issues affecting both product development and security initiatives.
- Set up clear reporting dashboards and KPIs to improve transparency and share program status directly with Executive Leadership.
- Advocate for and implement tooling and dashboards to improve traceability and transparency across risk initiatives.

- Highly organized with great attention to detail and analytical skills, follow-up, and follow-through across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and managing complex release cycles from planning and tracking to deployment and post-deployment activities.
- Hands-on experience working on complex projects touching various components across applications and stack layers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a globally distributed team setup.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based software (SaaS), AWS, GCP, and cybersecurity/privacy frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- 5+ years of experience managing technical security, risk, or compliance projects—preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience; relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC, PMP) are highly desirable.
- Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and project portfolio management tools.
