This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, IT/OT, Data & Analytics, and Operations, driving the implementation of next-generation analytic tools, data platforms, and enabling infrastructure that support design engineering, field services, reliability engineering, and fleet operations.

What you’ll do
Product Ownership & Strategy
Define and own the product roadmap for engineering analtyics infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, data platforms, and cloud environments.
Translate engineering, data science, and operations requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
Partner with Engineering, Data/Analytics, IT/OT, Cybersecurity, and Services to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs.
Program & Project Leadership
Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end concept, architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment and operational transition.
Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, developers, and external vendors.
Drive execution using LEAN, Agile, and modern delivery practices.
Technical Depth & Architecture
Guide architectural decisions for:High-performance computer environments for engineering analytics
Big data platforms and data lakes
Integration with SCADA / Industrial IOT, historians/Time Series Data, and remote monitoring and diagnostic systems.
Cloud (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architectures
Ensure infrastructure supports analytics, ML/AI workloads, and agentic/LLM-based solutions.
Integration & Data Enablement
Oversee integration strategies between OT systems, engineering tools, data platforms, and cloud services.
Partner with data architects to ensure data pipelines, governance, and storage solutions meet performance and reliability requirements.
Enable secure, scalable access to engineering and operational data for analytics
Operational Excellence
Define SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for infrastructure platforms
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, resilient, and optimized for cost and performance
Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and LEAN methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, working closely with systems operations, engineering and support teams to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document technical specifications, project plans, and post-implementation reviews to maintain a knowledge base for future projects.
Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to executive leadership and customers, providing clear and concise updates.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience/knowledge.
Strong experience in technical product management, infrastructure engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
Proven track record leading infrastructure projects from concept to completion in complex industrial or engineering environments
Strong understanding of:
Networking, server, and storage architectures
Data architecture, data lakes, and big data solutions
SCADA, historians, and industrial remote monitoring systems
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architectures
Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV, containers)
Support Automation process, DevOps, CI/CD
Infrastructure as Code
AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic systems
Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, industrial analytics teams.
Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across engineering, IT/OT, and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the energy, power generation, aerospace, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
Familiarity with engineering tools (CAD/CAE), reliability analytics, or digital twin environments
Hands on experience with coding/scripting (Python, Powershell, SQL, etc..)
Background in LEAN, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks for OT and cloud environments
Excellent problem-solving skills.
