- Ensure all technical documents and drawings comply with company and industry standards.
- Remain on-call and available when needed to support urgent project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical engineering, construction drawings, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, BOQ preparation, materials, and finishing schedules.
- Experience in coordinating with MEP & Structural consultants.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and site inspections.
- Ability to attend meetings and provide technical reports.
- Flexibility to be on-call when required.
