Create, set up, and optimize 3D assets and master materials in Unreal Engine 5. Implement and refine shaders (node-based and HLSL), support and maintain projects, collaborate with art leadership, and assist the Technical Art team to meet visual quality and performance targets.

- Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5.x, including a wide range of shader creation techniques (node-based and HLSL).
- Basic knowledge of any industry-standard 3D software.
- Understanding of rendering pipelines.
- Excellent communication and knowledge-sharing skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Ability to process feedback, identify key insights, and apply them effectively.
- English B2.

- Strong understanding of modern game industry standards as an active and passionate player.

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
