Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product, prioritizing features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility
- Requirements Definition: Translate complex market problems and user needs into detailed, actionable technical specifications or user stories for engineering teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the hub between engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders (business, product, operations) to ensure alignment throughout the development process
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle, from conception to product launch and ongoing maintenance/optimization
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics (KPIs) and data to evaluate product performance and make informed decisions on enhancements
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical risks or bottlenecks early and develop contingency plans
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving technical roadmaps, and managing complex systems. Key roles include bridging technical and non-technical teams to deliver initiatives
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development, APIs
- Blend of technical expertise (computer science or engineering background), project experience (Agile/Scrum, Aha, Rally, and strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Aha and Rally
- Communication: Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
