- Daily delivery enablement: Clarify requirements for engineers, unblock product questions, provide examples/inputs, and ensure increments align with expectations
- AI-first delivery model: Use approved AI tools to accelerate requirement analysis, story writing, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, demo notes, documentation, and updates
- Testing, validation & demos: Perform functional validation, review workflows/outputs, prepare demo scripts, conduct walkthroughs, capture feedback, and convert it into backlog actions
- Stakeholder engagement & adoption: Drive stakeholder communication, product marketing, enablement materials, release notes, FAQs, onboarding support, and adoption
- Technical collaboration: Participate in architecture/engineering discussions, understand feasibility and trade-offs, challenge incomplete requirements, and shape enterprise-ready outcomes

Today, however, there are still far too many barriers to good health which are disproportionately experienced by people of color, historically marginalized groups and those with lower incomes.
