As a Sr Tax Analyst here at Honeywell, you will report directly to our Senior Tax Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As an Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Tax Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. You will provide detailed tax analysis and guidance to ensure compliance and optimize tax outcomes for the company during complex business deals.
In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell’s strategic growth initiatives by delivering expert tax insights and ensuring tax risks are managed effectively throughout the M&A process.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough tax due diligence and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and business units to assess tax implications of transactions.
- Prepare and review tax documentation and filings related to M&A activities.
- Support tax compliance and reporting requirements for corporate transactions.
- Stay current on tax laws and regulations impacting M&A and provide recommendations to optimize tax positions.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in corporate tax, preferably with M&A focus.
- Experience in tax analysis related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax research and tax compliance processes.
- Experience working with tax software and financial systems.
