Position Summary
The Senior Talent Advisor partners with leaders throughout the organization to source, attract, screen, and recruit a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to highly specialized treatment centers. Position facilitates recruiting logistics, extends offers of employment and coordinates new hire paperwork.
The Senior Talent Advisor develops strategic candidate pipelines aligned with organizational growth and provides mentorship to Talent Acquisition team members.
Relationships and Contacts
Within the organization: Builds and maintains close professional relationships with key leaders, hiring managers, and HR team members throughout the organization.
Outside the organization: Build and maintains close professional relationships with referral sources, third party vendors, and recruiters/HR professionals within the behavioral healthcare space.
Position Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
1.Facilitates all phases of the recruitment process for the organization including Direct Care, Clinical, Nursing, Executive, and Business Development positions.
2.Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
a. Creates pre-screening tools based on the needs of the position.
3.Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
4.Assists facility-based HR team members with job posting and advertisement processes.
a. Identifies and leverages cost-effective resources in alignment with staffing budgets.
5.Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
6.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
7.Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
8.Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
9. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
10.Conducts active outreach to passive candidates through creative networking.
11.Presents training modules for Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers.
Additional Responsibilities
1.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
2.Assists facilities with developing internship programs aimed at creating a candidate pipeline and long-range talent development.
3.Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
Position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral healthcare.
