Provides nursing care for adolescent and adult women with eating disorders during PRN night shifts. Provide day-to-day nutritional management and meal planning for clients in a behavioral health treatment facility. Conduct initial and follow-up nutritional assessments, develop and adjust individualized meal and nutrition care plans, supervise meals, lead nutrition and cooking groups, consult with physicians and outpatient dietitians, approve menus, document care, and participate in treatment teams and aftercare planning.

The Dietitian also supports infection-control compliance and may perform dietary care specialist and resistance-training duties.

Provide direct nursing care for adolescent and adult women with eating disorders on PRN 12-hour night shifts: perform intake assessments, administer and secure medications, collect and review labs, document care, assist with crisis intervention, update treatment plans, lead health groups, support discharge planning, and maintain nursing station sanitation and medication security.

Manage admissions and alumni relations for a mental-health facility: coordinate tours, admissions paperwork, prepays, discharges, medical record requests, alumni events, support groups, outreach, and data/documentation in Salesforce while collaborating with clinical and leadership teams.

Manage daily utilization review operations for an assigned division, supervise and train Utilization Review Coordinators, perform medical record reviews and audits, support denial prevention and regulatory compliance, track performance metrics, and collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle teams to optimize processes.

Provide clinical leadership in a residential eating-disorder program: supervise and coach licensed clinicians, manage scheduling and program delivery, ensure licensure/accreditation compliance, provide individual/group/family therapy, support admissions and utilization review, deliver staff training, and represent the facility at professional events.

Provide dietary services for residential and outpatient eating disorder clients: individual sessions, groups, cooking/nutrition education, food challenges, meal/discharge planning, calorie and weight monitoring, coordinate with clinical team and families, ensure dietary policy compliance and support insurance reviews.

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and consultation for adolescent and adult women with eating disorders in an inpatient/residential/PHP setting. Collaborate with medical and clinical teams, complete required documentation and labs, offer case consultation, and support clients and families to promote safety and treatment engagement.

The VP of Utilization Review leads enterprise-wide Utilization Review operations, ensures compliance and optimal reimbursement, and drives performance improvements in behavioral health services.

Lead and oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations for psychiatric services divisions. Drive financial performance, operational efficiency, KPI implementation, process improvements, month-end close accuracy, and cross-department collaboration while managing and developing revenue cycle leadership.
