Lead full-cycle recruiting: source, pre-screen, interview, assess, and select candidates; maintain recruiting metrics and job board presence; support team recruiting functions and stay current on industry trends.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruit qualified and interested candidates through job sites and social media sourcing
  • Identify and pre-screen qualified candidates
  • Create interest and educate potential applicants about our company and its culture
  • Interview, assess, and evaluate candidates objectively and consistently, and select talented candidates
  • Assist in development of job search outlets (Indeed, LinkedIn) as well as daily maintenance of those venues
  • Assist with and function as a team member for all recruiting functions
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors
  • Perform duties as assigned and provide support to the Recruiting Team
  • Maintain reporting metrics of all recruitment and retention activity, open positions and other data as requested

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken – professional
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Be an excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills
  • Advanced Computer skills in MS office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong candidate sourcing background
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for recruiting, interviewing and extending offers
  • Collaborative, creative team player passionate about our Mission
  • Minimum 6 years' experience as a recruiter required
  • Bilingual is a plus
